The PTx Administrative Safety Program is how we provide information on site risks and policies in support of our commitment to the prevention of project related workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.

This program applies to all contractor/vendor performed work at the Northpointe facility, including auditing, training, service, maintenance, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, demolition, installation or removal of buildings, structures or equipment and other potentially Hazardous tasks or activities.
